Important Deadlines

The Night of the Stars Awards Program uses a two-step nomination process. From June 3 to July 19, NAIOPWA solicits project and firm nominations online. On August 9, nominees will be notified with their presentation date, format, time(s) and additional details. Nominees have the opportunity to make a virtual presentation to a panel of judges on the morning of September 12 or 13 via Zoom. Presentations for each nomination will be limited to approximately 5 minutes. Finalists will be announced at our monthly breakfast meeting on September 18, 2024.

Please keep these important dates in mind for Night of the Stars 2024:

Jun. 3, 2024: Nomination system online.
Jul. 19, 2024: Development nominations due by 11:59 pm PT.
Aug. 9, 2024: Nominees are notified of the judging presentation schedule.
Aug. 14, 2024: General table sales online. Night of the Stars sponsors do not have to wait to purchase their table.
Aug. 16, 2024: Broker nominations due by 11:59 pm PT.
Sept. 12 & 13, 2024: Finalist presentations via Zoom.
Sept. 18, 2024: Development finalists announced at NAIOPWA September breakfast meeting and media embargo lifted. Online voting for People's Choice begins.
Sept. 30, 2024: Last day for table refunds less processing fees.
Oct. 3, 2024: Online voting for People's Choice ends.
Oct. 16, 2024: Table of 10 guest registration opens. If you purchased a table of 10, you will receive an email with instructions on registering your guests.
Oct. 18, 2024: Broker finalists announced at CBA's First Annual Salute to Industry Impact at the Overlake Golf & Country Club.
Oct. 25, 2024: Deadline to submit individual attendee names for tables of 10 via online form.
Nov. 1, 2024: Winners announced at the Hyatt Regnecy Bellevue.
