It is the first completed private development of the port’s Waterfront Place, a 65-acre, multi-million dollar development near 13th Street and West Marine View. Amenities include a saline pool and The Jetty Bar and Grille. The design takes influence from the history of Everett’s port through colors, industrial finishes, and a nautical theme throughout.
