Description
Kilroy Realty Corporation’s 333 Dexter is a dynamic, 619,000-square-foot mixed-use office building in the heart of South Lake Union. As one of the last remaining full-block sites in the area, the building provides Seattle with 5,000 high-tech and retail jobs and establishes permeable street edges and generous open spaces, creating a vibrant, pedestrian-oriented streetscape in what has historically been one of the city’s most heavily used vehicular corridors.
