A Seattle-first, Inspire is a multifamily building designed to be zero-carbon by providing its power needs with 100% onsite renewable energy. Inspire’s ambition aligns with the carbon reduction goals of the LBPP, 2030 Challenge, and Paris Climate Accord. It’s also profitable! Built to a market-acceptable development yield, and delivered during the COVID-19 pandemic, Inspire achieved stabilization in six months and outpaced rent projections, proving that low-carbon development can be both environmentally responsible and financially prudent.
