Description
Nexus is a testament to thought leadership. Developing a condominium tower when the market was leaning heavily towards rentals was a huge risk that resulted in very strong sales. Designing an iconic tower that vastly distinguishes itself from its peers, was realized through an expression of rotation and movement in the facade. Through its vision and form, Nexus heralds a forward-thinking change in both Seattle’s residential market and the very form of its skyline.
