Description

Kōz at the Dome features 152 affordable micro-apartments in the Tacoma Dome District. Built on limited land and near a major public transit hub, the project was designed to attract students & faculty from nearby schools and JBLM employees. The project team collaborated to achieve a significant value engineering target and reinvested the savings into additional building amenities. Despite tight urban site conditions, the project was completed ahead of schedule by effective labor management.
