Pacific Logistics South is a 128,262 SF concrete tilt-up distribution warehouse located in Pacific on 6.55 acres. A rare site in the Kent Valley that is located immediately off of Hwy 167 and can accommodate a large Class-A industrial building. 30’ clear height, 130’ truck courts and ESFR fire protection were integral features in the land-constrained Kent Valley that resulted in an executed 5-year lease for the entire space within 30 days of construction completion.
