Description
Lam's Seafood Market in Tukwila opened earlier this year after upgrading an existing concrete retail building within a strip mall. The project included a new building entry which includes a 1600 SF building extension with a tower, exterior canopies, new storefronts, roll-up garage doors, covered outdoor patio seating, and enhanced landscaping. Inspired by a landmark market in Vietnam, Ben Thanh, this renovation will be an icon for the Vietnamese community in Tukwila.
