Description
Ballinger Heated Storage is the first self-storage location in the state of Washington to earn LEED Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Designed with plenty of natural light and accessible features, the four-story facility has 76,000 SF NRA dedicated to semi-heated rental units, a daylit basement, and a 600 SF leasing office. The remaining area is utilized by support spaces. Located in Shoreline, Ballinger Heated Storage opened in the fourth quarter of 2019.
