Description
Socially, economically, and environmentally progressive, Vulcan's 2019/2020 development portfolio includes 2.4 million square feet in South Lake Union, the Central Area and the Bellevue CBD. Completed projects include the final building of a 2-block 630,000 SF office campus for Google and 611 apartment homes of which 107 units are affordable housing. Projects under construction include 2.4 million SF of pre-leased build-to-suit office with 66,500 square feet of integrated retail space.
