Description
A new mass timber 3-story mixed use building that features 40,000 GSF of commercial office space, street-level retail, and restaurant space. The combination of concrete, steel and heavy timber brings a unique feel for the tenants. The exterior of the building brings together the combination of the weathered steel panels at Revel and dark stained cedar siding with exposed glulam columns at the patio. The development brought restaurant Revel back from South Lake Union
