LPC acquired a 210-acre site for the development of a 2.5M sf industrial park in Pierce County’s Frederickson Industrial Area. Located 60 minutes from the Port of Seattle and 25 minutes from the Port of Tacoma, the site offers access via Canyon Road, and access to Hwy 512, I-5 and Hwy 167.
Frederickson ONE Phase I comprises 478,142 sf; Phase II comprises 512,000 sf; and Phase III comprises 70-acres for the development of 1.5M sf.
