Multi-Family Residential Suburban Development of the Year: More than 100 Units
Description
The Verge Apartments is a 226-unit mixed-use Transit Oriented Development. It’s location adjacent to the Auburn Transit Station and Sounder Train affords its residents a regional connection to high employment centers without the need to live in these high rent areas. Building amenities focus on a combination of remote work, wellness, and leisure opportunities. The culmination of site selection, design, and execution (built in the grips of the global pandemic) has proven results.
