Tacoma Gateway II is Best in class. 18.64 acres with a 277,600 SF building with 6 acres of outside trailer storage. The site is located blocks from McChord Base and 3 stop lights from Highway 512. Panattoni and Crow Holdings partnered to repurpose the underutilized lot and permitted it for two buildings. Once Covid-19 hit, we redesigned for one double-loaded building and turned the adjacent 6 acres (the originally proposed 103K Building) into trailer storage.
