Description
The NW Logistics Distribution Center was developed as a 628,000 SF speculative distribution warehouse. The client’s project requirement was Hazardous Material Storage facility with minimum of 750,000 SF, with parking for 900+ employees.
To meet this requirement, the building was redesigned with +170,000 SF mezzanine structure for total of 798,000 SF. The roof was removed and replaced. To accommodate parking, we developed 5.35 acres and reconfigured the existing truck court and trailer parking areas.
