Description

Ivy at Interbay was developed by Pastakia and Associates and Teutsch Partners and designed by Urbal Architecture takes advantage of its unique position in the Interbay neighborhood. On a small site, this 8 story building makes use of a sophisticated parking stacker system to balance residential density to ample parking. Residents of the Ivy have a plethora of recreational and neighborhood amenities outside its front door without giving up easy access to major employment centers.
