IA Interior Architects was engaged by GitHub through an intensely collaborative process to create the company’s first workplace location in the Northwest. As a company with a 60% remote workforce, it was important for the design to be divided evenly between community spaces and workplace. By using materials that referenced hospitality and residential rather than typical office elements, the space became an ultimate community hub for GitHub employees and their clients.
