Description
Turner provided preconstruction and construction services for the remodel of the historical Lake Union Steam Plant. This 83,000 SF remodel included full demolition and remodel of floors 1-3 and refresh of the architectural finishes on floors 4 and 5. Included in the remodel were structural upgrades, full retrofitting of the MEPF Systems, and the buildout of cancer research and development laboratory spaces. All renovations were made without altering the historical aspects of this iconic building.
