The site currently holds 580 people, seating area expanded to hold approximately 850. The existing office space was mostly private offices that were converted to an open floor plan. The space now includes open workspace with breakout spaces, conference rooms, roof deck, ground floor patio, and other amenity areas including café, coffee bar, and a fitness center.
