Description
Douglas Howe, Founder and past CEO of Touchstone, created a distinctive industrial park in Gig Harbor to meet the needs of the growing Peninsula business community. Mr. Howe self-developed/financed this five-building, 318,450 SF, 38-acre development featuring quality concrete tilt-up buildings, a heavily landscaped pedestrian friendly promenade and a fully vegetated stormwater retention pond. Mr. Howe worked with Foushée and Lance Mueller & Associates to deliver buildings that provide longevity and flexibility to tenants.
