Description
The Lakeview Office Building is the first large-scale mass timber office development east of Greater Seattle. The 46,000 SF development includes a generous living roof, two levels of office space and two levels of underground parking, matching the civic scale of the neighborhood while minimizing impact on views of surrounding buildings. Two first-floor outdoor spaces and a roof-top amenity take advantage of the expansive vista of Lake Washington and the Olympic Mountains.
