Description
Hobson Place offers permanent supportive housing for 177 disabled individuals and those experiencing chronic homelessness. The project was constructed in two phases, with the latter phase integrating three stories of a primary and behavioral healthcare clinic jointly operated by Downtown Emergency Service Center and Harborview Medical Center. By co-locating housing and health services, the project’s clients can address the interrelated causes of homelessness. The clinic is on track to serve over 3,900 clients annually.
