Description
Located in a new 38-story office building in Seattle, this first-generation buildout for a confidential technology client spans 13 floors. Totaling 275,000 square feet, it meets their vision for connectivity, culture, and growth. These goals were achieved through a connecting stair and circulation footpath they call their “Hero Path.” It features activities and workspaces along the way celebrating Seattle culture—such as coffee, beer, music, and cycling—blended with an overall aesthetic of Industrial Minimalism.
