Description
The first waterfront apartments in Everett’s history anchor the 65-acre redevelopment that’s transforming this mill-town port into a dockside destination community. Our singular design for this market-maker referenced Everett’s history—one building with maritime influences, the other industrial/timber—while harmonizing buildings with both current and future surroundings, maximizing views, and encouraging pedestrian vitality. Most notably, this project represents the rare public/private partnership that has achieved affordable multi-family waterfront living in the Greater Seattle Area market.
