Avenue Bellevue is a two-tower mixed-use development under construction in Bellevue, WA and will include 400 luxury homes, the Pacific Northwest's first-ever InterContinental Hotel, and 85,000 sf of retail, including fine dining, nightlife and shopping. Avenue Bellevue will set a new standard for hospitality and residential design in the region. The $700 million transaction is the largest construction loan in Bellevue's history—and one of the largest in the U.S. since the start of the pandemic.
