Description
Ovation Towers offers 500 residential units and significant amenities in two adjacent 32-story towers above a common below-grade parking structure. The site is ideally located at the intersection of Downtown and First Hill. In exchange for vacating an existing alley, LMC collaborated with the City of Seattle and Town Hall to create significant open space for the public, residents, and patrons of the renowned Town Hall venue, which opens directly onto the park.
