Description

Cubix Othello is the next step in modular affordable urban design. Located at the Othello light rail station, it is the first project to utilize JMA's reconfigurable kit of parts, allowing for rapid iteration and development of future sites. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic derailing completion plans the modular build was economical and yielded great metrics for future consideration of modular construction delivery. Based upon standard metrics, the project would be LEED Silver-rated.
