Description
Panattoni Development Co. Inc. and Link Logistics successfully purchased land formerly owned by the Boeing Company. The land acquisition process was very competitive, required a significant non-refundable deposit due up front, a short due diligence period and a race to submit all 6 Building Permits to the City of Kent before December 31, 2019, to save the project from a pending development moratorium and unknown future design standards. All of these hurdles were overcome.
