Description
Gensler initially designed and documented a complete renovation, but the pandemic turned plans around. New ways of working and fiscal responsibilities required a reimagination. With limited resources, Gensler saw an opportunity for a more resilient approach — instead of demolishing the floor, new spaces and functionalities were thoughtfully integrated while minimizing environmental impact.
With multiple workspace options, a focus on wellness, sustainability, and hybrid work, the redesigned office is a first of its kind.
