Unico Properties has leased 75,000 square feet of office space at 2323 Elliott Avenue in Seattle, the largest private office lease thus far in 2023 and complete net absorption for the market. Insight Global, a premier staffing agency and recruiting service provider, will relocate from 25,000 square feet in Bellevue, tripling their footprint with a 10 year lease on the new Seattle waterfront.
