Description
Trammell Crow Residential lead the development team consisting of Exxel Pacific (GC), Strouse Davis Architects, LDC (Civil), Terracon (environmental), Terra (Geotech), Viewtech (Structural), Windsor (MEP), TBD Creative (Interiors) and Thomas Rengstorf (Landscape). The site was complicated as for 50+ years it was the home to the School District transportation facility. The site was designed to avoid the most impacted soils and residents have easy access to Alderwood Mall, Interurban Trail and future light rail station.
