Description
The office conversion project is an adaptive reuse of a 1930s paint manufacturing facility into a six-story office and retail building.
The design is a juxtaposition of old and new— paying homage to history through architecture highlighting the heavy, load-bearing concrete walls and columns of the original structure while contrasting them with a four-story addition enclosed in a glass curtain wall facade. A side-core design with an active stair leads to a rooftop deck.
