Description
An ambitious concept in both design and experience, Cantina Monarca is a high-end tequila lounge and restaurant in the heart of downtown Bellevue. Designed by Gulla Jonsdottir to evoke the magic of a lush Mayan cave, the restaurant's construction was a complex collaboration between Bayley Construction, Ferguson Architecture, and a team of superb consultants and specialty subcontractors. The completed restaurant has been a resounding success since its opening in late December 2022.
