Description

Transforming a tenant-specific warehouse into a state-of-the-art remote broadcast center, that will transform live esports productions on a global scale. We added a 20,000sf mezzanine utilizing CLT decking material, reducing the project's carbon footprint and expediting the schedule. The modular design allows for partial to 100% use of the facility. This RBC, paired with its sister facility in Dublin, is strategically located in a “follow-the-sun” broadcast model to support live esports productions 24/7/365.
