Constructed in 1989, USBC had weathered the passage of time and was in need of a revitalization. Challenged with transforming this space into a dynamic workplace for tenants while giving back to the community, the reposition introduces a series of hospitality-inspired spaces including Cedar Hall, a three-story retail space along Fifth Avenue. Inspired by the Pacific Northwest ethos, the reimagined neighborhood destination now offers a place to gather, work, and play in one central hub.
