Description
Liza is a 207-unit apartment community in Eastlake that is seeking LEED Gold, Living Building Challenge Petal Certification and Salmon Safe designations. The project had many complexities: a multi-year land assemblage, two contractors, concrete strike, inflation/escalation and supply chain challenges. Despite these complexities, Liza is on track to receive one of the highest achievements in sustainability. After only 16 weeks, Liza is 62% leased and the Mioposto restaurant will open next year.
