Frederickson ONE Buildings 4 & 7 are Class A industrial facilities located in the Frederickson industrial submarket. In late 2023, Logistics Property Company completed the construction of Building 4 and Building 7, totaling nearly 850,000 square feet. Both buildings are LEED Silver certified (a rarity for industrial developments) and were leased to a confidential Fortune 100 tenant shortly following construction completion. Leases include Green Lease Provisions that highlight Logistics Property Company’s continued sustainability efforts.
