Deacon Construction proudly contributed to the emergence of Central District Freehold, a 46,756 sf mixed-use apartment building developed by Mount Zion Housing Development, an extension of Mount Zion Baptist Church established in 1988. This project provides 61 affordable housing units for seniors and veterans across income levels. Collaborating with Rolluda Architects & Quantum Consulting Engineers LLC, Deacon's Seattle team crafted a high-quality facility with amenities like a roof top community garden, business center, and more.
