Judges' Choice: Senior Living Development of the Year
Description
Located just steps from the University of Washington (UW) campus, every aspect of Aegis Living Laurelhurst was created to celebrate and embrace the college spirit. The building utilizes modern construction techniques and solutions to seamlessly achieve the look and feel of the "collegiate gothic" architecture and Tudor craftsmen style found throughout the neighborhood. Sitting on a triangular lot, the building has a brick and sculpted stone exterior, turrets that resemble a castle, and luxurious interiors.
