Description
Washington Park is a historic building located at the waterfront in Seattle's Pioneer Square District. Originally constructed in 1890 after the Great Seattle Fire of 1889, the former turn-of-the-century printing press building was redeveloped into an approximately 52,000 square foot commercial office project with ground floor retail. Adjacent to the new Seattle Waterfront, the building features 16-to-18 foot high ceilings, brick-and-beam construction, and a brand new penthouse and rooftop deck with unobstructed water views.
