Stellar, an elegant new multifamily building with ground-level live/work units in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, was developed by Pastakia + Associates in collaboration with Board & Vellum for architecture and landscape architecture, and VIDA Design for interiors. Underpinned by its “Aurora Borealis” concept, Stellar shines as a precedent for constructive additions to the urban fabric, enhancing the pedestrian experience and long-term neighborhood vibrancy with context-sensitive, holistic design.
