Canopy Apartments is a LEED Platinum two-tower community located 15 miles from Seattle. It’s comprised of 476 units and amenity space for a total of 584,661 SF. Amenities include a fitness room, club-room, sky lounge, outdoor movie theater, solarium and a pavilion on an elaborately designed courtyard. Canopy proudly participates in the Multifamily Property Tax Exemption (MFTE) program to help provide affordable housing to those with limited income in the Shoreline community.
