Description
FRED310, a 4 million sf, Class A state-of-the-art distribution and manufacturing facility, is strategically located in Pierce County. Phase one’s industrial speculative buildings D and G were completed summer 2024, along with a build to suit for Harbor Freight Tools. Building D, ±753,069 SF, and Building G, ±611,206 SF, both feature 40’ clear height, 8” thick slab on grade and 9” thick site concrete where exposed to vehicle traffic and 185’ truck courts, and ample trailer parking.
