Description

FRED310 Phase 1, a 2.1 million SF, Class A state-of-the-art distribution and manufacturing facility, is strategically located in Pierce County, close to the Tacoma and Seattle ports. FRED310 Phase 1 offers market leading 40’ clear heights, 185’ truck courts and ESFR sprinklers. Buildings D, G, and E, were completed in summer 2024. FRED310 is honored as one of the most economically impactful projects in Pierce County.
