Description
Avalon Bothell Commons is a unique mixed-density rental community home to 467 apartments, including 395 flats and 72 townhomes. The standalone mass-timber amenity building was a first for AvalonBay and infused sustainable design into a modern structure with low embodied carbon, all while enhancing the resident experience. The AvalonBay development team navigated a plethora of design and supply-chain obstacles to build a refined, yet comfortable neighborhood ideally suited for a post-Covid era.
