Woven Seafood & Chophouse [WINNER]
Category
Retail/F&B/Entertainment Development of the Year
Description
A historic waterfront purchase, a chance dining experience in Hawaii, and strategic development partnerships resulted in the Puyallup Tribe's first restaurant project, Woven Seafood and Chophouse. As the design partner for the project, Ferguson Architecture worked closely with Tribal leadership, Chef Roy Yamaguchi, and Korsmo Construction to renovate the former C.I. Shenanigans property into a modern restaurant that captures the Tribe's history alongside a quintessential Pacific Northwest dining experience.
