Description

After finding themselves competing for the purchase of the historic Willie Stewart Academy building in early 2023, three local small business owners partnered together to develop and move into the beloved property. Ferguson Architecture's Ben Ferguson and Jamie Sandberg joined Swenson Say Faget Engineering's Ryan Reichman in transforming the circa-1919 masonry building into a modern and relaxed studio environment, showing the power of small scale local development and the benefit of investing in neighborhood communities.
