Sterling Realty Organization’s $40M reimagining of Symetra Center transformed a legacy tower into one of Bellevue’s premier Class-A office destinations. Overcoming pandemic-era challenges, the team delivered a hospitality-driven design with standout amenities, a fully electric infrastructure, and creative material reuse—including a beloved oak tree reborn as art. With 92,000 SF in new/renewed leases, and the addition of popular placemaking eatery Café Hagen, Symetra Center sets a new regional standard for sustainable workplace design.
