DCT Fife Distribution Center is a two-building, state of the art industrial development containing a total of 392,130 square feet on 30 acres. Project highlights include:

o South Building – 239,805 square feet, 32-foot clear height, ESFR sprinkler, 100% pre-leased to Milgard Manufacturing, Inc., for a distribution facility.
o North Building – 152,325 square feet, 30-foot clear height, ESFR sprinkler, 56% pre-leased to Pet Food Experts for a distribution facility.
o 10 acres of stream restoration and wetland mitigation
o Working collaboratively with neighboring property owners to widen and reconstruct over 7,000 lineal feet of road
o Minimize required site import by aligning construction schedules to allow all required fill, over 100,000 cubic yards (10,000 truck loads), to come from a nearby DCT development as well as on-site flood plain compensation area
