The GSA/FAA Regional Headquarters, developed by Panattoni Development in partnership with MetLife, is a five floor, 299,749-square-foot class A office building to be delivered in 2018. Through a 20-year lease with the GSA, it will house the Northwest Regional Headquarters for the FAA. This 17.15-acre site is the second phase of Des Moines Creek Business Park and will bring 1,600 long-term and 800 construction jobs to the City of Des Moines. The building will achieve a LEED 2009 Gold certification for Core & Shell and Commercial Interiors for maximizing operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impacts. The building is designed by CollinsWoerman and will be constructed by Abbott Construction.

This project is the result of a successful public-private partnership that concludes a 9-year search by the GSA/FAA and a 25-year land redevelopment process by the Port of Seattle and the City of Des Moines.
